Handshake AI licenses the working archive of real businesses to frontier labs. You get paid for records you already have, and a read on where AI can take work off your own team.
Public text shows what companies say about themselves. It does not show how a month-end close really goes, how a job gets rescheduled twice, or why a deal was lost. That lives in your drives.
Schedules, work orders, inspections and the project files around them. The part of a business that never reaches a public dataset.
Four controls, in order. Each one is a gate the data clears before the next.
You name the systems and the date range before anything is read. What sits outside that is out, and the scope is written into the agreement.
Credentials are scoped to a single extraction and held apart from the rest of our infrastructure. Read-only, and revocable by you at any point.
The pipeline runs once against what you selected, encrypted in transit, with a complete audit trail of what was read and when.
Names, contacts and account numbers are stripped and replaced consistently, so the business meaning survives and the people do not.
Five steps, and your side of it is the first two. No engineering work required.
Ready to see a number? Fill in the scoping form and tell us what you are willing to license.
Start here →Fifteen minutes. We map what you hold, which systems it sits in and how far back it goes, and give you a number.
Read-only, over OAuth, for the systems you picked. No engineering work on your side beyond making the connection.
One pass across what you selected. It runs in the background and needs nothing further from your team.
Identifiers come out, structure stays in, and the result is checked against the spec before anyone sees it.
Wired on delivery. You also get a written read on where AI can take work off your own team, built from what we saw.
Point us at them. We handle the outreach, the agreement and the pipeline end to end. When they get paid, so do you.
Models are being trained to do work inside companies, and public text does not show how a company actually runs. Your archive does: the drafts, the revisions, the decisions that got reversed. That is the part nobody publishes and the part that is hard to fake.
By how much there is, how many years it covers, how many business functions it spans and how many formats it comes in. A single department's folder prices as a partial. A whole archive across finance, operations, legal and the mail around them prices as an estate. You see the number before anything moves.
Nothing. We cover extraction, processing and transfer. There is no setup fee and nothing is deducted from what you are paid.
The pipeline is automated and access is logged. Our engineers maintain it and do not sit and read your documents, and no buyer receives anything until it has been through the whole process and validated.
Then that part is out. We license only what your company owns outright or has a clear right to license. Client-owned material, personnel files and anything under a specific privacy regime are excluded. The part that is yours is usually still worth the conversation.
On delivery of the processed dataset, by wire. That is typically two to four weeks from signature, depending on how much there is and how fast it can be exported.
